⚠️ All sales are final. Factocrush operates a strict no-return, no-exchange, no-refund policy. Please check product details, sizes, and iPad compatibility carefully before ordering.
Not eligible for return
  • ✕ Change of mind or "tidak jadi" — please be sure before you order
  • ✕ Wrong size ordered for shirt or wrong iPad model ordered for case
  • ✕ Colour or design not as expected (we recommend requesting extra photos before purchase)
  • ✕ Items removed from packaging or worn/used
  • ✕ Sale or discounted items
  • ✕ Brooches with personal preference issues (e.g. "too small" or "not my style")

    Wrong item sent: We packed the wrong product — full replacement or refund at our cost.
  • ✓
    Item damaged on arrival: Brooch broken, fabric torn, case cracked — report within 24 hours with photos or video.
  • ✓
    Missing items: Something missing from your order — contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos.
How to report an issue

  • 📸 Send clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging.
  • 🧾 Include your order number and full name.
  • ⏱️ We'll respond within 1–3 working days with a solution.
