How do I order from Factocrush?

Browse our store, choose your items, select the correct size or colour, and checkout. Payment can be made via FPX, credit/debit card, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, or bank transfer. You'll get a confirmation once your order is placed successfully.
What payment methods are accepted?

We accept FPX Online Banking, Visa/Mastercard, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB). All payments are SSL-secured.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing your order. WhatsApp us as soon as possible. Once packing has started, changes may not be possible. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

How do I know which size to order for the shawl or scarf?

Each product listing includes the exact dimensions (in cm). Standard size fits most adults comfortably. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us with your preference and we'll guide you to the right pick.
How do I choose the right size for the men's shirt?

Each shirt listing has a size chart with chest, shoulder, and length measurements. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart. When in doubt, size up. WhatsApp us if you need help.
Which iPad models does the iPad case fit?

Each iPad case listing clearly states the compatible iPad model(s). Please check the product description carefully before ordering — cases are model-specific and we are unable to accept returns for wrong model purchases.
Are the colours accurate in the product photos?

We do our best to capture accurate colours, but slight differences may occur due to screen brightness and lighting. If colour accuracy is important to you — especially for brooches and scarves — WhatsApp us and we'll send you additional photos.
When will Cardigan and Palazzo be available?

Shipping & tracking
Do you ship to Sabah and Sarawak?

Yes! We ship to all Malaysian states including Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan. East Malaysia delivery takes 5–9 working days for standard shipping. See our Shipping page for full details and rates.
How do I track my order?

Once shipped, we'll WhatsApp or email you a tracking number. Use it on the courier's website to track your parcel (Poslaju, J&T, DHL, or Ninja Van).
My parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?

First, check your tracking status. If there are no updates for more than 3 working days, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf. Delays during festive seasons (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year) are common — please allow extra time.
